The following Ballot Question will be asked of the Voters of Wahnapitae First Nation by secret ballot, as set out in the Settlement Agreement:

As a Voter of the First Nation, do you: (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Wahnapitae First Nation Boundary Specific Claim Settlement Agreement initialed by the negotiators for the First Nation and Canada, which settles and releases the Claim; (b) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement; and (c) authorize and direct the Council (or those authorized by the Council) of the First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Wahnapitae First Nation Boundary Specific Claim Settlement Agreement and the Trust Agreement?
