As a Voter of the Sq’éwlets First Nation, do you: (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Sq’éwlets First Nation Scowlitz IR 1 Roads Settlement Agreement initialed by the negotiators for the Sq’éwlets First Nation and Canada, which settles and releases the Sq’éwlets First Nation Scowlitz IR 1 Roads Specific Claim; and (b) authorize and direct the Council of the Sq’éwlets First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Sq’éwlets First Nation Scowlitz IR 1 Roads Settlement Agreement?
