Do you approve the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) negotiated between Generation PGM Inc. and Biigtigong Nishnaabeg which includes environmental protections, financial participation, business opportunities, employment, and other benefits? A YES vote means that Biigtigong Nishnaabeg will support the Project and receive the negotiated protections and benefits of the CBA. A NO vote means that Biigtigong Nishnaabeg will not sign the CBA and will not receive the negotiated protections and benefits of the CBA.
