35J Timber Compensation Specific Claim Settlement Agreement Vote

As a Voter of the Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation, do you: a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Big Grassy and Ojibways of Onigaming First Nations’ Reserve 35J Timber Compensation Specific Caim Settlement Agreement initialed by the negotiators for the First Nations and Canada, which settles the Claim; as defined in the Settlement Agreement; AND b) authorize and direct the Council of Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Big Grassy and Ojibways of Onigaming First Nations’ Reserve 35J Timber Compensation Specific Claim Settlement Agreement.
