(a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Carry the Kettle Nakoda Nation 1905 Assiniboine Surrender Claim Settlement Agreement initialled by the negotiators for the First Nation and Canada, which settles and releases the 1905 Assiniboine Surrender Claim, and the Trust Agreement; and (b) authorize and direct the Council of the First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the 1905 Assiniboine Surrender Claim Settlement Agreement, and the Trust Agreement, including the amendments to the Trust Agreement?
