Proposed Treaty 10 Economic Benefits and Other Treaty Promises Settlement Agreement and the amendment to the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range Trust (to be renamed the Buffalo River Dene Nation Settlement Trust) Ratification Vote

As a Voter of the First Nation, do you: (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Treaty 10 Economic Benefits and Other Treaty Promises Settlement Agreement initialled by the negotiators for the First Nation and Canada, which settles and releases the matters set out in the Settlement Agreement and the Buffalo River Dene Nation Settlement Trust Agreement in its substantial form; and (b) authorize and direct the Council of the First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Treaty 10 Economic Benefits and Other Treaty Promises Settlement Agreement and the Buffalo River Dene Nation Settlement Trust Agreement in its substantial form?
