30,000 is plenty i feel. It also benefits the community in the long run. So i feel as if option 1 is the best option.

Minor recieves PCD immediately upon turning 18 years old.

We don’t know what the future holds, maybe education won’t be an option for our children, and just what life will it be like when they turn of age. As a member yes it would be a blessing for all of our youth to finish school. But, we don’t hold the cards

Not all children are able to go to or finish school for home reasons so cutting them off just because of education isn’t fair. Sorry what I think
