Proposed Birch Narrows First Nation Treaty 10 Economic Benefits and other Treaty Promises Settlement Agreement and the Birch Narrows Dene Nation Agricultural Benefits Settlement Minors Trust Vote

As a Voter of the Birch Narrows First Nation (the “First Nation”), do you: (a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Birch Narrows Dene Nation Treaty 10 Economic Benefits and other Treaty Promises Settlement Agreement (the “Settlement Agreement”) initialled by the negotiators for the First Nation and Canada, which settles and releases the matters set out in the Settlement Agreement and the Birch Narrows Dene Nation Agricultural Benefits Settlement Minors Trust Agreement (the “Trust Agreement”) in its substantial form; and (b) authorize and direct the Council of the First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Settlement Agreement and the Trust Agreement in its substantial form
