As a Voter of Birch Narrows Dene Nation, do you: a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of the T-2111-96 Settlement Agreement initialed by the negotiators for Buffalo River Dene Nation, Birch Narrows Dene Nation and Canada, which settles and releases Canada from the Buffalo River Dene Nation and Birch Narrows Dene Nation Litigation (Federal Court action no. T-2111-96); and b) authorize and direct the Council of Birch Narrows Dene Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Buffalo River Dene Nation and Birch Narrows Dene Nation and Her Majesty the Queen T- 2111-96 Settlement Agreement?
