As a Voter of the Big Grassy First Nation, do you: a) agree to all of the terms and conditions of: i) the Big Grassy and Ojibways of Onigaming Flooding Claims Settlement Agreement initialed by the negotiators for Big Grassy, Onigaming, Ontario and Canada, which settles and releases the Claim as defined in the Settlement Agreement, and ii) the Big Grassy Community Trust; and b) authorize and direct the Council of the First Nation to sign all documents and do everything necessary to give effect to the Big Grassy and Ojibways of Onigaming Flooding Claims Settlement Agreement?
