At OneFeather we process everything that’s sent to us. Our Support Team will let users know if they need to change/update anything to avoid delays.
After that, we send the applications directly to Indigenous Services Canada where they review it all; making a decision on whether it is approved. You will find out via email if it was accepted; and receive the updated status card according to this.
In the very rare case that it is rejected, you will be refunded and our Support Team will help (see below FAQ!).
